Now I take Tuesday's off, instead of having a 3-day weekend and taking Mondays off, so R can attend a BNI meeting at 7AM and I have the pleasure of rousting the kid from bed and getting her off to school. Hey: You ARE that good, you know :-).

That said, the "spreading thin" makes some sense too, I'm sure...
But since you seem to be on such a creative high these weeks, it might somehow carry you through?

well the border is coming out the way I envisioned it, at least. Here's hoping it will be the correct size by the time I'm done!

In the meantime, I can see how to very easily make place mats or table runners with these same pieces (or the leftovers from the quilt blocks). Haven't figured out what to do for pillow shams (which is what I *want* to make to coordinate with the quilt).

LOL. Just because I LIST it doesn't mean it's going to get done today! I haven't actually done anything on that list yet. However, I did get 16 blocks pieced while watching Galaxy Quest. If I get any of the numbered things started today, I'll be happy. (the basement is going to take at least 40 hours of dedicated work to get organized. Probably more as I will want to look through boxes of my parent's papers carefully and discard things.)
