Ok. No wonder you got busted. PeerGuardian is a connection manager. Simply put, when it's running, it blacklists known **IAA ip addresses. It also blocks government ip addresses (foriegn and domestic), and a host of other things. You probably will only want it running while you're bittorrenting things, otherwise it'll block more than you really want it to.

They apparently didn't release my info or anything, but I'm thinking about connecting to every wireless network in my complex and downloading it.
