Wow - so far, so good! I'd like to personally thank everyone who has joined/added this community, and a BIG thank you to everyone who has posted about it on their own blogs. For some reason, people just don't want to take that extra 10 seconds it takes to copy & post code that I've already made available, but many thanks and much gratitude for ( Read more... )

Well, it helps that I'm extremely anal retentive and perfectionstic - and that I know a lot of HTML - and that I'm very LiveJournal proficient...

This is my new baby, kinda. I'm all about nurturing and helping things grow, and this is (I hope) part of the netroots revolution. Eventually we'll add more and more content and it'll be a very special thing. Again, I hope!

I do not yet have anything to contribute, but wanted to extend a thanks for what you're doing. Those Government 101 posts are, by themselves, a great asset for a potential voter.

Thank the good, hardworking people at project vote smart - I'm just a catalyst.

I hope that more potential voters and people who are behind on tha candidates and issues get directed this way, we only had an average of 60% of registered voters turn out for the last presidential election & midterms, and that's just shameful!

With luck and enough people posting about this community (hence the promos I made and code to repost them with) we can build a great grassroots resource to get people informed and empowered. Thank you for being a part of it!
