Pride was feeling another new emotion today, concern. He wondered what was wrong with Karin, she'd seemed almost upset about something. He turned a corner and wandered down the pathway towards the bench they'd met up on.

He subconciously pulled a confused face when he saw a girl sitting on the bench. Was Karin running late? Pride stopped walking and looked around, where was she?

Karin stood up when she noticed Edward arrive--though, he didn't recognise her from that distance. Still holding her umbrella, she got up and walked over to him, smiling warmly as he turned to peer at her again.

"Ne, Edward-san, it's me~"

Pride returned the smile with one of his own, he quickly walked up to her happily. He was pleased to see his friend again but again couldn't help but feel concerned, wondering why she'd called him out at this time.

"How are you, Karin?" he asked "You wanted to speak to me...?"

"Ah.. h-hai, I do," Karin replied, and her eyes dimmed somewhat as she dropped her gaze; she was unsure of how to explain. "I hope I haven't worried you too much, Edward-san, but what I have to tell you may come as a bit of a suprise.."
