It hadn't really been that long since Kamui had seen Subaru, but... he somehow found himself oddly excited to see him now. Perhaps it was because he was stuck in this strange world; Subaru being the only familiar person he had come across so far. Either way, he found himself jogging, trying to focus on the older man's aura to find him. He had so much he had to ask him about this place...

Of course, all his questions instantly flew out of his mind as his fellow Seal came into view; Kamui quickly becoming concerned when he saw the bandage. Why... why would he be wearing that? Had something happened? "Subaru... what's wrong with..." Carefully, shyly, the young leader reached up, fingers hovering above the bandage, eyes wide and worried.

Subaru knew this would happen. He turned his head a little, away from the hand that was hovering dangerously close. He shook his head.

"It's just fated, Kamui. I'm fine, don't worry for me," he replied. He couldn't explain that it had been, in his heart, his wish. That would give away that not only was Fuuma here, but he had a desire for Seishirou to arrive. It wasn't something he could control.

"How are you? Are you alright?"

It stung a little when Subaru turned away like that, brushing off the fact he was bandaged like it was nothing at all. "Forget me. What happened?" And he obviously wasn't going to give up on this until he knew the answer, both worry and curiosity poking him more than he liked. Not to mention this was Subaru: the kind, gentle man who'd pulled him out of himself, saving him at his own expense. If something happened, Kamui would try to help no matter what.

"Kamui..." he sighed, looking down to the cement. "I wound up in a fight... one of the seven angels is here, Kamui...." he said, shutting his eyes. He felt so tempted to light a cigarette, but resisted.

"One of the seven Angels?" Kamui crossed his arms, looking to the side, obviously rather angry at the idea that one of them hurt Subaru. His gaze, sharp, suddenly moved back to meet Subaru's, "Which? Which one?" Granted, he didn't know... most of them, but if he could find them, he would kick their ass right this moment, damn it.

"Fuuma."

Subaru finally looked at him seriously. "Fuuma Monou," he repeated, knowing the other would find out eventually. It was better he know and protect himself. He frowned. "I am sorry... but it was my own fault. I confronted him."

"Fuuma?!" Kamui yelped, eyes wide with surprise for a moment, "He's here?" He should have known that fate... well, they were tied by fate, right? If one was drawn here, then it made sense the other would eventually follow. It was just... how would this effect them now? They weren't in Tokyo; there were no kekkai to destroy...

"Where?" The young leader looked to Subaru with a sad, torn expression, clinging gently to one of the man's sleeves, "Where is Fuuma? Do you know?"

Subaru looked at him calmly and put his large, firm hands on Kamui's thin shoulders. "Kamui, you cannot go to look for him. You'll be in danger, and I can't protect you just yet. You can't allow him to know you're here," he insisted, "Not yet, at least, not until my strength is back and I can protect you from him."

"But..." Kamui looked away, gaze down and pained, "I want..." to see him, obviously. To Kamui, he was still Fuuma; deep down he was still Fuuma. All he had to do was bring that back out, and how could he do that when he was avoiding him?

For a moment, he was silent, eyebrows furrowing before he finally spoke, "Is he... any better?" Stupid thing to ask, considering Subaru had apparently been injured by him, "And what... what exactly... did he do to you?"

"No, Kamui, he's no better than he was. He's still the same man he was after your decision," the older man responded, looking distant. "I wish that I could say he was changed, safe to be around, but he is not."

"It... he ade me like him. Like Seishirou-san," he replied, looking down even more. "He... said it was my wish..."
