Monk was holding hte caiblur in his hand and a pair of gardening scissors in the other and very, very carefully, trimming the tiniest edges he could straight and even.

After finishing he smiled rather pleased with himself, and turned and saw, a tall pale, fella in dark clothes. Looking at him, oddly.

"Hello." he said rather meekly.

Severus nodded back at him, trying his best to appear polite. Was this the person who would be his next door neighbor? "Hello there. Do you live here?"

The Reikai prince woke to the sound of voices and blinked. He had pretty much taken over Ayame's room but since she was out working, Koenma had nothing to do. The toddler hopped off the bed and ventured out into the house, he had not had a chance to look around yet or met the man Ayame said also lived here.
Koenma wandered outside, following the sound of voices and peered at the two stranger, shifting the pacifier in his mouth.
