When: After running around the entire damn city and angsting. But oh, the angst is far from over. You'll see.

It seemed as if they’d been walking for ages… well at least it fell that way to Riff. He knew very well that it had only been a few hours (at the most) that he and Gunter had been wandering the streets after splitting up with Allen and company.
But the fact that they hadn’t come across another human being in that time was starting to making uneasy. He had been in this ‘world’ for far to long without finding anyone from his home. Without finding the people who mattered most to him.
Every moment that he was away from Cain he was breaking their promise, and though he looked the picture of calm assuredness his nerves were all in knots, and it was starting to make him physically ill.
He was practically jogging, and though he felt a bit guilty for forcing Gunter to keep up with his pace, he wasn’t about to slow down.
He needed to find Cain. He needed to find Merryweather. He needed-
For a minute he could have sworn he had seen the glint of sunlight hitting golden hair in one of the shop windows. He stopped dead in his tracks and squinted. There was definitely a short girl with blond hair in the restaurant up ahead.
His breath hitched for a moment and he turned around to face Gunter.
“I… think. I think that might be Miss Merryweather.” He said quietly, before spinning around on his and running toward the building at full speed.
