Alright, so I said I wouldn't post here anymore, but darn it - I need a few opinions fast. That being said... here's my delima:

Over the course of my time at Tales of Valor (larp), my character has essentially gone through puberty. During the spring season, my current horns began to un-stick quite a bit because the material the old ones were made of

I know, I do to, but I'm afraid the gold would get smudged by my red makeup...

Very cool, I agree with the gold. You could put some red liquid latex at the bottom of them to simulate them growing out of the scales.

Or I could get the red and gold up the crevices. =D This looks like it's a go as soon as I get around to it, say tomorrow-ish.
