it's 15.5 across, never worn. pretty lame, but it fit really well at the zara changing rooms so i bought it. but on the day i wanted to wear it out, i pranced around at home for like 15 min and it started dropping off my ass cuz it expands ALOT and is really stretchy for pants. i wear a topshop10, and this one is too big. tagged zara size 38. if you're interested, maybe we can work something out cuz it's waaay above your budget. :)
