Oh Wow! Just wow! This was really quite powerful writing here, this gave me goosebumps all over, it was just so poignant! But it was still quite beautiful. Ten surrending to his Master's will, surrending everything he is and ever was.

It is amazing how with so little words your writing can convey such strong feelings, I love your style, it really strikes a chord with me; this little ficlet is filled with so much angst, and love, pain, and betrayal, and then I read that last line, and it brought tears to my eyes, it is quite beautiful, because for me, it is so true. Ten is finally home when he is with the Master, that was simply magnificent.

Thanks so much. The muses are still being stubborn but at least they're talking to me again. Theta in particular, which is why he went so dark in this. I must've started writing about a dozen different times today, each one torn out of the notebook & tossed in the garbage. So I looked at my prompt tables and this almost-poem just jumped out. Theta's curled up in the corner crying after doing this. Maybe this'll be cathartic for him, get some of that bone-aching sorrow out in the open. (Okay... sounding VERY crazy now.)

That was powerful! Kind of gave me a woosy feeling in my stomach. I feel sorry for Ten. He loves the Master so much and he hates himself for it.

I feel your need match mine. Your emptiness a mirror to my own. But then the Master feels the same.
