Samhuinn was pretty damn good - 5000 odd people and some tight as drumming. Quite different from last year too, even aside from venue - this year we were back on the royal mile as per hundreds of years. One of the big pluses were the warm furry lined cloaks for the silent

Samhuinn was so good, I was very proud of you all :) I'm still slightly miffed at the look I recieved from Andy Devilstick when I ACCIDENTALLY stood on the Calliech's cloak in the club. I apologised but he still looked at me like I'd just called his Mother a giant whore. I didnt even realise who she was cos its a different person this year (I think?). The Wild Hunt obscured my view for the last 15 minutes so I couldnt see her on stage. Fuckin boooo. This is part of the reason I have lost interest in doing Beltane stuff..people seem to think its acceptable to look down on people just cos they paint themselves a certain colour (*cough*blue*cough*) a couple times a year. I just find it a load of wank. Theres been a few occasions this has happened to me and they certainly don't like it when you stand up for yourself!
Anyhoo, I'm gonna spare you the rant that I can sense is brewing!
Good news on the new flat! I can totally sympathise with you over the cleaning thing..I'm so much less stressed now me and the boy have our own flat!
