Ah, yeah. Bey. Mmmmm... I was going to mention how he was all about the pirate culture as proto-anarchist collectives, before the Disney Corp. kinda coopted the whole Pirate current and you could buy anything with a skull & crossbones on it...
The T.A.Z. is definitely his best. I love that book. I was hoping his "Pirate Utopias" written as Peter Lamborn Wilson, would carry on with and evolve some of the TAZ ideas, but it was more of a scholarly attempt to identify actual pirate cities, etc. and I felt like it got bogged down in too many details.
The article you linked to is a really good review/intro to all these ideas. Thanks. I have more to say, but the wife just got home and I have to go interact and socialize with people in the immediate vicinity.... Later....
