My card alone requires about 450watts and I have a 350 watt PSU right now. I'm being safe.

You paid $100 for a QUALITY power supply :p

As opposed to paying $10 and getting a power supply that takes out the rest of the computer when it goes 1 week after install ;)

I didn't realize you were still using that psu when we talked about your system problems or it would have seemed a likely culprit. $100 well spent!
