What a dumb thing to say. Be comfortable with yourself, for crying outloud! Being comfortably numb is a total cop-out. Sure, life is hard, but it's fun too. Learn to take your lumps and it'll help you appreciate everything that's better.

Dude, he is comfortable with himself. He, as a person, is numb. And he's comfortable with that. haha.

But all silliness aside, I think he's lying. I have been numb, and it is anything but comfortable--at least with me.
