Title: Particle Recall

Summary: "The Runaway Bride"...except with Owen. And nowhere near as crack-filled.
A/N: Major spoilers for Torchwood 2x13: "Exit Wounds". Takes place immediately after "Exit Wounds" for Owen, and maybe a few months after 'The Year That Never Was' for the Doctor.

Exit Wounds never happened, he's snarking at Jack or something right now....or possibly it did happen and he's hiding in the sewers with the weevils, building a army, getting ready to take over the world, and rule with a iron fist. And make Jack and Ianto his sex slaves, where it will be discovered Jack had Magic Healing Cock, and brings Owen back to life, and they live happily ever after.
