There is a global mod at MTS2 for Vampire Sunblock by LycosV. I' ve installed it but haven't had any vampires show up yet.
I've been enjoying your BACC, looking forward to more, especially the shenanigans of your plantsims, werewolf, and aliens.

I really can't wait for the second generation! There are some really cute toddlers in the game at the moment. :D
