That is the worst, when doing makeovers on a budget (I sometimes "cheat" with a §1000 mortgage shrub, but only one or two). That's why I went kind of overboard with making over the Goth mansion. Practically unlimited money, oh yeah!!

I think makeovers with a budget is part of the challenge, though! Although I sometimes cheat as well with the §1000,- cheat. And yes, the Goths have so much money! And there are a lot of decoratives to sell. :P
