The fence is by CuriousB, here at GoS in Part 3: Build Mode.

Both tablecloth and placemats are Jonesi Blanket slaves. Master mesh, fixed by HugeLunatic, here. The tablecloth is from here and the specific recolour is found in this set. (You should check out the rest from Hokadk47, they slaved a lot to Jonesi's Blanket.)

Placemats are by Honeywell! They can be find at MTS in this awesome set. The specific recolours for the placemats are two of Anna's colours, and they can be found in this post. (Again, Jonesi's Blanket.)

With the panels, you mean the recolour of the counter itself? In that case, counter recolours are here. The countertop is not a custom recolour but one from the game itself. This counter comes with Nightlife, by the way. :)
