Simple Coloring

Going from this:
to this:

1. Choose pic u want to work with. Crop it 100x100.
2. Filter -> Sharpen -> Sharpen, Filter -> Sharpen -> Sharpen; Edit -> Fade Sharpen to 50%.
3. Blur her face, except eyes and lips.
4. Create new Layer. Fill with e0edeb set to Color Burn 100%.
5. Create new Layer. Fill with 0a1648 set to Execlusion 100%.
6. Create new Layer. Fill with e0edeb set to Color Burn 100%.
7. Create new Layer. Fill with ce91bd set to Color Dodge 30-40%.
8. Create new Layer. Fill with dbd1c2 set to Soft Light 90%.
9. Create new Layer. Fill with ffe3de set to Color Burn 100%.
10. Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Curves.
Click in the middle of window (for each mode, rgv, red, green,blue) and set so:
RGB: Input: 141 Output: 111
Red: Input: 57 Output: 72
Green: First point. Input: 90 Output: 109.
Second point: Input: 175 Output: 167.
Blue: First point. Input: 191 Output: 174
Second point. Input: 141 Output: 121
11. Create new Layer. Fill with ffedde set to Color Burn 44%.
12. Go back to your first layer, copy it and and move to the top of all your layers, and set to Hard Light 50%.
13. Create new Layer and fill with cfac90 and set to Lighten 42%.
14. Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Color Balance.
Shadows: +22 +8 +35
Midtones: +12 +21 +17
Highlights: -4 +1 -15
Check Preserve Luminosity.
Move this Layer on the top of your first layer. And set it to Color Dodge 35-40
