Apparently, I was supposed to return to San Diego all along. Three years, three offers and three rejections in Orange County. One month, one offer and one acceptance in San Diego.

Thanks! Yeah, the backyard is quite nice. The previous owners put a lot of work into the place. I was really surprised at the size of the lot considering it IS a SoCal house. ;-)

We got our third offer here, but it was the best of the three anyways.

hehe. Poway is nice but I'm fonder of this area. I also wanted to be a bit closer to the city; not that Poway is particularly far away. One of my friends tried to convince me that San Marcos is the new hip place to live. ;-)

Thanks! Inside is very nice. If you click on the picture it will take you to the photo album with pictures of the inside before I bought it. As a single-story, it seems even bigger than it is. I was crammed into my apartment after leaving my townhouse and they were about the same size. Now I need more furniture to fill this place.
