Advice please?

I've been giving some thought for ages (well, about three years actually) to getting another tattoo. I think I may have finally come up with the design I want.

I know what you mean, I'm so relieved I've finally come up with one which all of my 'personalities' agree on! But then tattooing isn't something I think anybody should rush into...

I've been working on an idea for a spine piece, a kinda cyberpunk piece of a barbed-wire rose, but I don't think it would really suit me.

Working on another piece though :)

I think you might have mentioned the barbed wire/rose thing to me ages ago actually - it seems a good idea to me, although I can't think of any examples off the top of my head.

In some respects, I wonder if having it go over my ribs is such a good idea (I bet that's going to hurt!) but don't really know about spinal ones. They do indeed look cool though!

I love the design. I can't make up my mind about it in practice though. I'd be leaning towards putting it on the other side away from the first tattoo...
