Because of this, there are now at least two blocks full of disturbing doodles drawn in a strangely 'cutesy' style all over the sidewalk; on occasion spreading up onto the walls of the buildings along it

[He looks up and stares a moment, before writing 'HeLLo' on the sidewalk under a drawing of a headless deer. (At least, I'm fairly certain that's a headless deer. It's a bit difficult to tell without the...head.) There's an 80% chance he's greeting you.]
