Well here we go again. This is the promised, kinder, sequel to Break Us Back Together. This turned out longer than I expected, so I'm splitting it into two parts. Which means an even happier sequel will follow this one! Please enjoy!

He will always be the happy robin to me. DC needs to remember he is capable of smiling.

This story is so scary for me to read--the mere thought of this happening to Dick terrifies me. But I couldn't stop reading because you make it totally compelling. I love Jason! As much as I'm horrified at this happening to Dick, I'm glad Jason got a sign that he's loved that he just can't ignore.

*relief* I was worried that my Jason wouldn't turn out right.

All Jason really wants is someone who cares! (and some of Alfred's cookies, perhaps)

I loved your description of Dick's eyes smiling, that was wonderful, and i could so imagine it on him. Jason was just brilliant *hugs them all* Great work!

I firmly believe that Dick is the most like himself when he smiles.

I'm really glad my Jason turned out alright!
