Your characterizations are spot on! Dick's energy comes across nicely, and the sunny exchange of smiles with Clark is perfect! :)
These lines had me smiling:
Apparently, Diana had had a lovely evening with Steve despite finding the play they attended a bit dry. Ollie was making a bet he couldn’t win with Hal. J’onn needs to pick up more Oreos. The King of Atlantis had to attend a council meeting to decide the color of Mera’s dress for an upcoming feast? He pitied Arthur. Formal fittings couldn’t be fun, no matter where they happened.
Very clever! I could hear the heroes discussing these things. Good touch of humor, like so many instances in your story.
The banter was fun, and I liked the little detail of Clark knowing that Bruce didn't like not knowing where Dick was.
Klah sounded adorable! And Dick taking care of him with his fellow Titans' help was sweet.

This is true World's Finest gold:
Clark noted the lines of tension forming in Bruce’s shoulders. He knew he didn’t like it when he didn’t know where Dick was. That boy had brought so much light into his life. Slowly he had opened up to the little bird, and now he was even beginning to open up to Clark as well.
Dick definitely helped Clark, too, by getting Bruce to open up. :)

I personally think that that adding Dick is just about one of the best things DC did for its characters.
