Here are a few random prompts:

Parker hires a matchmaker for Mac
Dick goes on a blind date
Or a combo on those two: Dick/Mac hook up via the internet (think You've Got Mail)
Newlyweds Veronica and Logan host a Christmas party (Logan has to confront his mommy issues and Veronica wants their party to be the antithesis of an Echolls family Christmas)
Someone organizes a secret santa or gift exchange among the gang (ooh! Maybe Keith and Alicia are Mr. and Mrs. Claus!)
10 years after college everyone comes home for the holidays

-I don't need the Duncan or Piz issues resolved. They can be blips in
the past. Piz can even somehow be part of the gang without awkwardness. -I'd be stoked if Weevil and Wallace are a part of any story.
-I'd love something set after the end of the series.
