Скидки в магазинах должны работать наоборот. Например, в парикмахерской. Во многих местах это как, первый раз пришел и так как ты тут раньше небыл - вот тебе скидка. А я, постоянный клиент, должен при этом платить полную цену... смотря со стороны как этот коротко подстриженный гавнюк платит на 20% меньше. True in some cases, but all comes down to how they use that tactic. I know from personal experience, you feel 'special' when you get a discount for being loyal, and you feel even more 'special' when that discount is larger then the newbies get.

Hairdressers was just one example, this can be used for most businesses, unless it a one-time service or the chance of any client returning is very limited.

Well there are many situation and many businesses, I think my main point there was that old customers should be treated and feel above new ones, without necessarily scaring the new ones away. There!
