I really need to go to bed (fucking jury duty at the ass end of dawn tomorrow!) but vijin linked to the YouTube of Eddie and Jasper's karaoke one last time, which finally made it easy for me to rip the audio. I still owe you Zutons stuff, but I'm being lazy, because I have a paper draft due tomorrow and I decided that my good grade in that class was more pressing at this moment.

what jury duty? :D they let me postpone again -- they spent literally five minutes explaining how, if you have any reason at all, regardless of what it is, that you wouldn't be able to serve on a jury for an extended period of time, you should go reschedule. and since I'd rather not waste the $200 I spent on my NOLA flight, I was all, "see you in three weeks?"

so now I'm wearing super-obnoxious hipster clothes at work... but at least I'm at work!

well yeah, I know I can wear jeans in 90+ and humid, I'll do it all summer. but right now I'm used to 70 and not-humid, so the climate change without a similar change in clothing --> bitchiness. (plus, any excuse to shop, y'know? ;))

as for why I'm going, it's with the ladies of Phoenix Rising, to see our venues and visit merchants and drink heavily. I'm only gonna be there for the long weekend and it doesn't seem like I'm'a have any downtime though. but I'll be back in the not-so-distant future, so...

Ohmygosh that Art Brut karaoke video is pretty much the best thing ever. When I first found the mp3 after seeing the video I listened to it every morning on my way to work. LOL, I'm such a dork.
