So hey, IT's not so bad. I've been here all day - as predicted - and they're really pretty cool when you're not being affected by their occasional ineptitude. Plus, separate departmental office means there's no drones from Budget to bitch at you for laughing or otherwise daring to try and enjoy your time at work. Good thing, too, because macphista and I ( Read more... )

no no, don't be! It's not hard at all to do enough shifts (you have to earn 60 points, but if you're willing to sleep on the sidewalk you can do it in two nights), and the people by and large are totally awesome and geeky and surprisingly cool. doooo iiiiiit!

well you only have to do 60 points worth of shifts, which can be 2 overnights, or some weekday afternoons, or just weekends. The more time you spend on the line, the better a spot you can get, but it's really not too hard to just make the minimum. The schedule is here, if you wanna count some numbers. ;)

or ummmm we can talk about the tix I'm allotted as staff. ;)

Erm. When does the actual lining up part start? Because, like, it'd be mad crazy fun to be in the line and all, but I'd only be able to be there for probably three days during some weekend, and I know that wouldn't get me too great a spot. But I'm all missing out on all kinds of groovy Star Wars stuff because my job is ca-razy and I don't want to miss all of it. Hoom. *contemplates*

OH AND since you're outside the tri-state area, you'd get 5 bonus points for coming that far. It's not a ton but it helps!
