Gamov lighthouse is the most southern Russian lighthouse. It was build in 1901 from stone found nearby - and it still stands as it was build without any major reconstruction. The only thing which changed - is equipment inside. Today it's a lighthouse, a radio-beacon, and a meteorological station equipped with high-end equipment and connected to the internet.
