Yeah, I hear you on the sick kid front. My nine-year-old daughter was sick last week--fever, coughing. She was finally diagnosed with bronchitis. Luckily, it fell during the President's Day holiday (Monday) and it snowed that night, forcing school closings (Tuesday), so she didn't lose any time from school. Or my husband and I time from work. Such are the joys of parenthood. I'm just glad my children seem to have passed the stage of throwing up on Mommy (LOL).

And, damn, I feel for you on the on-site in laws--been there, done that. Good Luck!

Well I asked the 'rents to come. Just timing issues. I haven't been to work for a week now, am rather dreading the return. Kids are well but I can't shake this thing.

Glad to hear the children are feeling better. Although, the house is always amazingly quieter when they're sick (LOL). Sad but true. Heads up, spring is coming and that can do wonders for the body and mind.
