It's a cracker-jack kiss, and Sinclair is lovely, both funny (Butch and Sundance is too predictive, don't you think? The whole jump off a cliff thing?) and decisive (I love how he just takes the command chair after Sheridan disappears) and tender (he's so bloody kind to Delenn) and wistful (the look he gives Sheridan and Delenn when they're hand-holding on the bridge *sigh*)...oh, it's just lovely all around.
