it took ages but I finally downloaded hamlet from iplayer for the second watching tonight :D it's epic.

I always get nutty-lindt chocolate from family that I can't eat due to allergies, though I think it's a conspiracy as then they get to eat it *facepalm*

david was everywhere this week (it ruled) they showed the sarah jane ep with him in, and buzzcocks, and the catherine tate thingy, and qi and of course who :D awesooome.

It is epic - and I love how sometimes you can see glimpse of the Doctor in Tennant's Hamlet. My parents criticised it, but I quite liked it. :D

I swear, in QI, was he wearing a velvet jacket or something? :D It was AWESOME. I want one... Also, it was my first time watching Buzzcocks (yeah, totally just watched because DT was in it :D), and is it bad that Noel Fielding really got on my nerves? :/ ♥

I have an odd affinity for the loopy-scene where Hamlet and Horatio (totally just nearly typed "the Doctor" instead of "Hamlet" - *epic facepalm*) are being all crazy-like with the recorders. And the wonky crown! D'you think we should be worried that DT does insane so well? :D

Yeah, it was OK. I think maybe all the hype didn't do it any favours. It just seemed really weird, and not in the usual good way. Like it was trying too hard to be epic but failing to explain all these things that were suddenly happening. I'm looking forward to the final episode though, maybe there'll be some explanation there.

Hmm, I know what you mean about the hype, I guess. I think I was just so tickled by Wilf's network of OAPs searching out the Doctor that the rest of it I was just grinning through - and the cactus people! Gotta love the cactus people... Idk. And yeah, I think the final episode should be pretty good - and that one'd better be spectacular. :D

Awww, they're so cute... I do feel a bit sorry for them, though (slightly hypocritically). I mean, it can't be easy starting out a relationship with someone when you've got all that media attention focused on you, complete with jokes from Tess and Brucie (a.k.a. the dirty old man who everyone loves :D). ♥
