It's an anime convention held mid-March hosted by Evergreen State University for the past seven years.
It's put on by the Giant Robot Appreciation Society (GRAS), the Evergreen Gaming Guild and the Student Video Gamers Association. I went in 2004 and 2005 as my cousin goes to ESU and we both love anime.
They have anime and film showings, cultural and educational panels, costume contests, karaoke, an artist’s alley, gaming rooms, and several large events such as a Saturday night anime-themed dance and a talent show.

Actually it usually takes place at the end of February, but there's a couple years where it's been held in March due to late club funding issues and such. For more information head over to http://community.livejournal.com/gras_xd/
Not a NEKO.... -_-vixent_foxApril 29 2007, 22:25:38 UTC
It's not a neko... She's of kitsune blood.... notice the name Uzumaki.... as in Naruto Uzumaki. Mira is the daughter of Naruto and Hinata Hyuga. *sighs* This is why I'm not an artist..... people thought my dragon head I did earlier looked like a dog or a big cat. -_-

oh, well, I didn't recognize the name, sorry, I'm not a big fan of pop anime.
If she's kitsune, then maybe by colouring the ears with a fox's tip, it might be more abundantly clear. I know that anime foxes don't normally have that tip, but it might be a bit easier for the home viewer!
