I am excited that they aren't going to rot in a bag, which was the direction they were headed in.
Oh, and I didn't do the distance for Australia, I meant to. It would be like driving from Brisbane to Canberra, according to Google :D Yes, I picked random cities as I know very little about Australian geography.
Sounds like a lovely trip! I've got a pontoon boat on my list, too...heh. Hubby's got a little bass boat and we went out on one of the small lakes up north on Saturday night to watch the town's fireworks. It was the first time in years I actually got to see a full show of fireworks--they actually shot up a couple that had circles with smiley faces in them and another with hearts!
I pretty much have to bite my tongue during anything religious--hubby has had to hold me back during a few wedding ceremonies...heh. I can't even come up with any kind of a mental image of a Christian-rock version of the Black Eyed Peas...that must have been something!
The quilts sound gorgeous--I have an array of crocheted afghans all over the house from various talented relatives, but no quilts!

I have some crocheted blankets as well, including one I did myself.
