Tornados and Storms - how to help

Jewish Family Services provide help to the entire community, in both short-term and long-term need, and with free counseling.
Birmingham, AL area.
There's on in the Mobile area but I couldn't find its website.

Thanks very much for the links! One of the Alabama branches of the company my mother works for is gone, total loss, and one of those guys lost his house completely; but they were all evacuated when the tornadoes hit, thankfully, and no one was hurt. They're taking up a collection at the company (and the company is matching, which is super nice -- this is a company that gives its employees *one* sick day a year, cough), but we'd all like to do a little more for the general area too.

It would be lovely to think the natural/weather catastrophes were over for the year, wouldn't it?
