Well, I did it. Finally. I went to the hospital today (yesterday at this point) about my gallbladder and I was treated like total SHIT at Flagler. I was so fucking angry by the time that I left that I wanted to kill someone. First of all, I got in there and the rude and annoying black dude that was working the booth at the admission, pre-triage

Holy mother of god... I think I nearly had a stroke just reading about it. Some shit would have gone down had I been there (which, truly, would have been a very, very, bad thing...)

Ok..that was so horrifying it was funny. I am gobsmacked! How can these people act this way and no one does anything about it? I think the scariest part for me was the whole "You don't like it? You can leave..." quote which sounds eerily familiar... 8-0
Unbelievable.. there has to be a complaint board to report to or something...

you should seriously look into either writing a letter to the editor of the paper or get in touch with someone at the hospital administration. I am sure there is something that can be done. At least about the procedures and the Doctors attitude.
