I would like to ask you to take into account that the official spelling of the capital of Ukraine is Kyiv. Whereas the traditional english spelling was Kiev, I think, that it should be more correct to transliterate the name of the capital of Ukraine as Kyiv

I would like to inform you that the official spelling of the capital of Ukraine is Kyiv. Though, the search for this term in the dictionary gives no results. I think, that it is worth to be somehow represented in the dictionary.

This spelling is supported by UN.org, NATO.int, the government of Ukraine and other official organizations.

According to the position of the "United Nations Group of Experts on Geographical Names" it is preferrable to refer to the geographical locations according to the traditions and language of the country.
