"Marriage," to me, is just the "official" state that results from signed forms and having it written, somewhere in the legal world, that you're married. Nothing all that exciting, there.

I mean, look at society. How many "marriages" have lasted? How many people actually take that seriously? I can already think of six people off the top of my head that have been "engaged" or even, officially, married, and it sure as hell didn't work out for them.

"Marriage" is nothing.

A stable relationship, however, is an entirely different story.

(By the way, we officially suck at studying.)

Marriage, it's the joining of two souls in holy matrimony.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I've been programed to respond with, but what do I think?

Marriage is a huge tax break. a symbol that those involved want to be a part of the exclusive elite, those who elegedly just want to be with another person forever ( ... )
