[She turns on the video feed as she reads aloud this thing she found called a 'horoscope' from a magazine she found'. The general idea of this horoscope intrigued her, so she decided to see what hers was for today.]

Huuuuh. That sounds way more like advice than a prediction.

[ ... Kazu, why do you recognise content from girl magazines... ]

See, totally fate.

[ Not that Kazu believes in:

i) horoscopes
ii) fate (except jinxes!1!)

but she's so solemn and earnest! Clearly she's the hard worker type who needs to be encouraged to chill. ]

I see, then I will see it as fate.

[And even when all this is over, she will believe it is fate. But fate means that a choice is already made for you, and that she didn't make this choice!

But she chooses to believe that she made this choice on her own and it is totally not a curse!

So there, take that, fate!]

Maybe stay away from horoscopes for the next couple days, though. Just in case!

Why should I do that?

[She likes horoscopes right now! They have good advice!]

The advice today was way too good! You can't trust luck like that all the time!

[ And now, to Kazu's true expertise: bad luck, and how to run away from it. ]

I suppose you're correct. Luck like this isn't something I should trust. Nor would I want to run into any bad advice.

[Though hopefully she will never be cursed with this again. And this horoscope is making choices for her today, which is something she will come to realize soon enough, though not today.]

Eeeh, it's not the advice that'd be worrying. But you wouldn't wanna psych yourself out with a bad prediction!

I suppose I wouldn't. A bad prediction would keep me on the defensive all day, at least that's what I would think.

[A psychological effect, she would think. While she is rather fond of today's advice/prediction, maybe for her own well being it would be best to stay away from horoscopes in the future.]

Yeah. Like if you tried to walk around a black cat and walked right into a ladder.

Oh, those bring bad luck. I wouldn't want to do either of those...

But...isn't it walking under a ladder that brings bad luck?

[Maybe it's superstitions are different in other worlds?]

Yeah, that's it. Walking face-first into one's still gotta hurt, though.
