Want to know what I would be totally cool with?

If the base theater had Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince as a preview. They do 3-4 previews a year here, "for moral." Sometimes they're not so great (I.E. Happy Feet) other times they're fantastic (I.E. The Guardian)

They should totally have HPatHPB!!!! It would be *cough* good for moral *nods ( Read more... )

Only if you do my math :P

What are the papers supposed to be about anyway? like what are you picking for your research paper?

I would do your math in a heartbeat! I don't mind writing, honestly, but when I feel at the end of my rope (IE now) I would rather do "right and wrong" stuff than "how does that make you feel? [more stressed]" or "analyze this. [how about you analyze this ( . ' ' . )" ... plus, in math there's the back of the book/your BFF :)

I'm doing Black Beauty for my research paper... there's like no valid sources out there... ugh! I'm having to dig into my shelf at home and citing "horse encyclopedias"... it counts! (She really just cares if we do the works cited page right or not, not if they're good sources.)

I have the whole series if you want me to ship you one of the books. Also if you want to borrow one of my other horsey books since my horsey library is bigger.

I introduced lara to my fav horsey encyclopedia, i find it and others laying around the house now.

Your horsey library actually isn't bigger now! Also, it's due tomorrow... so, no time!

Yeah, we get them early and free. Happy Feet was 2 weeks early, The Guardian was about 2 months early! They aired it here at the same time as the official premiere in Hollywood (since this is a Coast Guard base. They did premiers on all USCG bases with theaters :D... which totals 3.)

It was cool for The Guardian because my dad was the duty doc', so he had to have his phone with him. The guys [official-from-the-company-people] inspected it to make sure it had no camera capabilities. So he was the only (or one of a couple, if the other bases had duty people) who got to have a phone in the theater. They made him put it on vibrate of course. Lo' and behold, he was called out part way through... because of a helicopter rescue! It was sooooo funny afterward because one of the guys (he said he was one of the second-executive-producers or something like that) had overheard us talking about how he had to leave and wondering if he left the car, and he asked where my dad had gone. When we told him he was like a fanboy! He thought that it was ( ... )

I just went and saw it again last night (yep, went to the movies instead of going to bed super early!) He IS in the movie, it's not a myth!!!

He's in the scene where they're all getting assigned to shuttles and ships in the hanger bay. He's the person who tells Kirk he doesn't get to go because he's on suspension pending investigation.
