Read the comments for variations and for the yellow rice, use saffron.
This one sounds promising but has no image to show if it looks like the correct dish.
This one definitely looks delicious.

The second one looks the closest, but I'm not sure that's it. The way I remember it, it way very dry, almost as if it had been stir fried. This is the closest I've come:
