It is almost a month to the day when nanny died. Mom is going though the old house stuff slowly but surely and we keep having funny talks about her. I feel more grief now, because I know this wasn't the way she wanted to go but I still find it very hard to connect with her memory and mourn her.
mom keeps having killer whale moments. I keep thinking, "am I ever going to have my birhtday and not remeber that she died?"
