See, c_quinn! I finished! Yay, me!

Title: It's All Right With Me
Fandom: Reaper
Pairing: Steve/Sam
Rating: R. Strong R.
Disclaimer: Not mine now, not mine ever.
A/N: Thank god for iTunes shuffle when it comes to coming up with titles...also, the actual smut in this is, like, 1/12 of the whole thing. That's just kind of sad.

Aww... Of course, my knee-jerk reaction is "What about Tony?" but it's plenty nice enough to see Sam get some genuine comfort from someone who really cares. He needs it so bad.

“I’m not sure what you straight boys call, but in gay demon lingo, it’s a hug, kiddo,” Steve said
Heh, I can hear that so well. *sigh* Steve...

Heh. It's mine as well, I'm afraid, which is why I had such trouble with this. But hopefully c_quinn will like it, either way.

*sigh* Indeed. I wasn't entirely sure about that line (wondered if I was pushing the gay demonness a little too much) but...I do like it.

Thank you!

I'm sure she will.

You're fine, it works so well, and I think that's the only direct reference to gay demonnes in the whole thing anyway.

Thanks. I'm glad you liked it, too!

I had to stop myself from grinning like a fool on the train. My brother would've been suspicious (and probably would have tried to steal the pages and that would've been awkward and I would have then, you know, had to kill him).

Thank you for this. I loved it.

Well, I'm glad I didn't end up being the cause of fratricide.

And super glad you loved it ;)

Eh. I could've dealt with it.

The only way I would love it more is if there was a sequel. ;)

But my conscience would've been racked with guilt. Racked, I say.

Yeah, for some reason, that news does not surprise me at all.

Yay! I knew I was going to like this the second I saw Steve/Sam (I'm nothing if not forgiving about canon-stretching).

Heh. I'm actually not the hugest fan of Steve/Sam, although I love them both to death and their one scene in the bar was quite lovely. But c_quinn is rather fond of the pairing, and I owed her one.

I'm glad you liked it, though!

So I don't know where I've been, but I don't remember reading this before. Fortunately I was looking through your stories since I am trying to write Tyrol/Anders for BSG and am having a difficult time with keeping them apart. Uhh, I mean, keeping it clear who is who, since they are both "he," without repeating the names over and over. I see you don't have that problem! Though it seems so artful, I'm not sure I can do the same.

Anyway, wow. Really cool. Quite tender.

Ah, well, this isn't one I really posted many places. Mostly because it's not something I really ship, Steve/Sam. I think they're adorable, sure enough, but...I always feel a little guilty.

Just about the biggest challenge to a slash writer, right there. At least to me. You should see some of my earliest efforts (on the other hand, don't), it was awful. Just remember: epithets have their time and place, but don't overdo them. It's a thin line that I often cross, but...yeah.

Thank you, though!
