the door opens on a corridor not entirely unlike those on the Enterprise; comm panels on the walls, deckplates underfoot, airlocks opening and closing with audible hisses in the middle distance. Despite all that, things look just a little more... civilian here. Not everyone passing by is in the same uniform, or in uniform at all, for one. Far ( Read more... )

Will looks around in amazement, his outfit is fairly simple, black pants and a deep, green tunic though he feels odd without his knife,

The door behind them doesn't stand out any more than Sariel and Will themselves do. It leads to a branching corridor, or at least it should if the bar's not still on the other side. Sariel's still looking slightly wary, slightly cautious; this was her idea, but darned if she isn't partially amazed at her own daring even now. "It.. it is, isn't it? I hadn't thought of it that way before. Something like Castries as well, really." Pause. "What do you think?"

"So much goin' on, should I be watchin' me pockets?"

He keeps looking around, trying to see everything he can.

That startles Sariel slightly; she blinks at him, caught momentarily off guard. somebody isn't used to thinking in those terms, whether or not she's friends with an outlaw. Darned Enterprise security being so good. "I would, actually. Yes. And I'll watch mine." The shrug at the end of the sentence conveys a general air of 'you never know' or at least, that's what it's intended to convey, anyway.

The corridor's about to become a bit less clear; half a dozen humanoids have just entered from a connecting hallway a short distance off. It's not clear just yet whether or not they're all human. Incoming?
