There are certain things that I would much rather not have to see again. And these include my subordinate being used as some sort of bait for a mere taunt. I'm in charge of the overall operation, but we're splitting into two groups. He'll be in charge of one and I'll take over the other.

He and Vincent will be going after Ingram, and I'll be taking Cloud with me to locate Albedo. I don't know which one will have Elena and Sakura...

You can choose to stay behind with Reeve and be ready for backup if you want.

The enemy is one that might be difficult for someone like Ranmaru to handle. Myself as well, perhaps. I'll need you to watch over him and make him work in the background, instead of encouraging him to fight ahead.
