Unlike many people in my virtual space I'm usually okay with the Republicans and the current administration, until--this kind of frikken, damnable, alarmist, privacy, Bill of Rights trashing, crap.

Every privacy right they break "is to protect us from criminals and terrorists" and "we must be allowed the largest possible freedom to protect our citizens wherever the threat could be."

This needs to end. NOW. And if it means gathering up as many right leaning friends of mine to vote in the Dems to end it, then so be it.

It's just as bad as all the unconstitutional crap they make sex offenders and child molesters go through.

I see the "War on Terror" gradually becoming the Terror. Perhaps it's time to make some preemptive strikes.
