OS vortualization does not require hardware assistance. Virtuozzo currently does not use virtualization features of neither Intel nor AMD processors, hence is 100% compatible wit them.

Multiple hypervisor virtualization environment reedemanuel March 16 2010, 23:34:08 UTC
We have customers who have experimented with multiple virtualization solutions in a single environment -- without much success. Can you give examples of cases where this has been done, for example running VMware and Hyper-V on the same server and storage hardware in a production environment?

Also, if Virtuozzo/OpenVZ can do this (work with multiple virtualization solutions), that alone would be a motivation for some of our customers to buy this -- just to enable integration across those other solutions.
