I still like "Closer", no matter what any cynical DJ might say.
However, I can understand feeling that a song is played-out. It does pop up on the local rock radio stations (usually censored) around here, and has for several years.
I am curious to check out the other bands mentioned now, though.
I think the songs you mentioned would be fun, playful lead-ups to proper sexy time, but I think I'd actually prefer atmospheric, instrumental (even if the instrument is a synthesizer) music for that. Lyrics could be distracting from the more important things that should have your attention.
On the other hand, especially sexy lyrics might be fun to sing to your partner during sex or maybe foreplay.
