I love the way they're so clearly connected here and yet restrained and a bit prickly as is perfect for canon. Like, *I* want them to hug, but they wouldn't. It's lovely.

Thank you! And I couldn't agree more, you constantly want them to hug, but they really wouldn't. That makes the few actual canon hugs we get ever more special.
