Right..time for a post.
I've been ruminating about my lack posting action on lj..well not ruminating so much, more so thinkig it's high time i picked up the blogging discipline again. several false starts prior to this have really only just added evidence to my chronic procrastination

Yeah good thanks and you? All totally recovered from surgery quite a while back, but I'm told the old bod' can take up to a year to get used to living without a gall bladder..Have certainly found that to be the case recently. Have had a big week of industry xmas parties etc..am about to lay low for a while and detox a bit over xmas.
How's things in your neck of the woods?
